By accessing and using Academic ESL Hub (a DirectorLabs project), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our diagnostic tools or calculators.
2. Use of Services
The tools provided on this site, including the WPM Lab, Vocabulary Estimator, and Score Matrix, are intended for educational and diagnostic purposes only.
Users agree not to misuse the services by attempting to automate access, scrape content, or interfere with the site's functionality.
3. Accuracy of Results
While our algorithms are based on established ESL research and CEFR standards, results are estimates and should not be considered official certifications of English proficiency.
Academic ESL Hub is not responsible for decisions made by institutions or employers based on the diagnostic results generated by this site.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content, diagnostic logic, and design elements are the property of Academic ESL Hub and DirectorLabs. You may use the tools for personal or classroom use, but reproduction of the site's code or logic for commercial purposes is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DirectorLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the site.
